Notes:	This saw was manufactured in 1936 and sold new to the Los Angeles City Harbor Department. According to Tannewitz this has the unusual feature for its age of an electric solenoid activated brake instead of a mechanical one. Even more unusual is that it had dual electric brakes on the top and bottom wheels. Unfortunately the cost to restore is prohibitive so I will keep it as a conversation piece in its non-running condition. The top wheel wobbles and $2,800 is the cost of a new one.
