Source=Owner's submission. Owner's notes: Bought for $50 at the retirement auction of a construction company in Kinsley, Ks that was going out of business. PO said his father likely bought it when he started the business in the 1950s. However, the PO (in his 70s) said he never knew the saw to run. It had always just been sitting in storage in a shed on the property. Other than the wrong pulley on the motor, every thing else appears in good order. It even came with a period correct Cutler Hammer on/off switch and two extension wings that the PO didn’t have with the saw at the time of sale. He went and got them for me after the auction when I was loading the saw. It also had the original fence and mitre gauge. |
