This is the first of a pair of Northfield 12HD jointers that I acquired. I decided to keep this one as it has a 4 knife 3hp motor. The other had a 3 knife 5hp motor. I decided that the extra knife was worth more to me than the extra oomph. And, I didn't want to mess with swapping the motors off the cutterheads.
