As found in an old shop in Chelsea, Mass. Along with some other machines, sat unused for some thirty years.

Twelve feet long overall, 8' between centers. 1.5 hp three phase motor with four speed forward and reverse control. Lathe came with four tool rest holders, and several rests, up to 43" long, and a Frank K. Moore steady rest.
