I saw an ad for a 12"jointer in the paper and went to investigate. It was in a dark dirty garage behind junk so I got a flashlight and crawled back (the othet guy was too big to squeeze in). my heart skipped a beat when I saw the northfield logo! Needless to say it was a quick sale. This was bought in the early fifties by Johnsons millwork in Refton PA and then by the GR Mitchell planing mill in Refton and then bought by me. I am restoring this to the newer Northfield green color.I think the older ones look better because the tables have a nice radiused bottom edge while the newer ones are flat.
