I purchased this from member Jesse Messick. It was originally sold to General Electric and shipped to the Elmwood Avenue plant in Philadelphia, belt drive with no motor. It's in great shape, everything is there, including the belt guard. Both of the door latches are broken, they will need to be replaced with the latest version from Northfield.
This will be getting a Dayton 3HP, 3 phase motor.
It was originally Dixie Gray from the factory, I think I will restore it to that color. Teh green was brush painted on, all of the knobs have a white/cream color.
I was able to use my neighbor's driveway to bring the truck closer to my walkout basement shop. We then used two sheets of plywood to ride it across the lawn (and snow) to get it to the patio in back. I had to remove the top wheel cover and wheel to fit it through the door. It ended up spending the night on the patio (covered) in the rain until I could get someone to help me tilt and wheel it into the basement.
