I purchased this Band Saw At an auction in the Jackson, Michigan area for a winning bid of 45 dollars. It was not working at the time but all the parts seemed to be intact and the saw looked in pretty good condition. I took it home cleand it up, painted it, and reassembled it the best I could. The saw works great and I hope to have it as long as possible. I couldn't find any serial number or ID tag all I found was the small tag (pictured) that reads PORTER 18" B S, and the orignal color was gray. If any one has any information on this saw or possible value please let me know.
