I do NOT own this motor.
It belongs to a friend who uses it on a Craftsman/Atlas 6x18 metal working lathe.
He asked me to wire a Craftsman 2982/Furnas A-14 reversing switch to the motor.
Connections are as follows (115V):
Hot LINE to motor T1
Neutral LINE to switch terminal #B
Blue reversing leads to switch terminals #4 and #2
Switch terminal #A to motor T2
Switch terminal #3 to motor T4
For 230V operation:
Reconnect leads in motor first for high voltage.
Switch connections are the same except switch terminal #A to motor T3
