Comments:
Holtzer-Cabot Bench grinder/buffer with Pedestal.. works but brushes are damaged and will have to be replaced. Unfortunately, cannot find information on this grinder... I will embark on a full restoration once I gather more info.... If anyone has any information regarding this grinder, I would be grateful if you can let me know.... especially: 1) where to purchase H-C brushes (or make them from a compatible brush material that is readily available), 2) what is the significance of the "L" and "R" label above the brush assembly and 3) if the ports at both ends of the motor shafts are in fact oil or grease lubrication ports (and what oil/grease to use). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
