Well, today is mother's day and my wife wanted me to get her a gift so I hit the flea market and found this and two more like it - also a 200 pound cast iron stand for this, a saw setting trip hammer, extra bars for mounting saws and a saw tooth stamping machine that I will list later- I hope she likes them. The person that sold them to me said the old fellow he got these from had a saw sharpening business and was done with that. These appear to be very well constructed cast iron machines with plenty of fine adjustments and automatically advances the saw after each file stroke. It works similar to a stationary power hacksaw. The ad reprints for this manufacturer in OWWM call what looks like this machine the F5 model - this one has 361 on the nameplate for the model number and I will add the serial number when I clean it good enough to see it. Also has patent number 1224293. Happy Mothers Day!!!
