Found in a bin* purchased at an auction. I hesitate on submitting this sort of tool, I look at it as it is an addition to the overall data. Whether it needs to be or not, I can certainly get behind it doesn't need to be. Yet here it is. It has been donated to a tool library.

*same bin also held a 1940s B&D Scugun.
