I had a couple of nice RASs before I moved fro IL to WI, and one of them was a 1950's DeWalt. I had to sell off a lot of machinery when I moved as I didn't think I had the room for everything, which I don't, being a smaller house, but when I decided the machines in the shop had to be mobile, I made room. So, I went on a mission to find another RAS> I picked this saw up just before COVID started for a mere $25. The guy was selling it for $100 originally, and once it hit $25, I figured it was worth it until I found the RAS I really wanted (still searching for that one). This one does just fine for my use, but I would like something more substantial. But, this one works great, cuts well, after replacing the blade and is mobile. I wasn't sure if it was USA-made until I decided to take a deeper dive into this to see if it was, and the best I can come up with is it was made in 1987 by Emerson, so being older than my Emerson-made USA table saw, it's got to be USA-made. I figured I'd post it her for others that may be looking at the same model.
