I purchased this machine data plague in Kent, CT in April 2022 at the spring event by the Connecticut Antique Machinery Association. I have no history on the plaque other than it cost me 75 clams. The gentleman that sold it to me is a collector of this kind of thing. With the help of Jeff Joslin, site historian, he/we have come to the conclusion that the patent dates reveal it's from a paper cutter. The oak wooden board that it is mounted on is of course not original to the plaque.
