Hand-cranked, ratcheting, portable Drill Press No.10. Found on Etsy, can't find any history for this drill press. found several similar units like the Cole Tool. Found a youtube video of the Cole use, but no Canedy Otto. I have no idea when it was manufactured, suspect in the 40's. It works very well. cuts through thick steel with ease. Apply pressure and crank, the cheap Harbor Freight drill bit cut through like cutting butter.
