I am guessing on the age, none of the uploaded catalogs show plastic knobs. Picked up in Homer, NY. Seller had been a machinist, he couldn't recall the specific details of how/when he obtained it. He hadn't used in 15 yrs. it looked it. I cleaned up the rust, cleaned the No. 0 Jacobs 0 taper chuck and replaced the bearings. It still is a bit of a screamer at 17K rpm. It'll probably sit on my shelf for the next 15 yrs.
