I picked up this Craftsman 103.24531 Drill Press for $50.00 from an Estate Sale along with a few other things. I replaced the motor with a 115.6962 motor that I rebuilt. I disassembled, cleaned, de-rusted, polished and painted the drill press. I installed a power panel with a light and switch as well as a slow speed pulley.
