My friend bought this sorry excuse of a table saw for me. He knew that I like restoring old arns and he figured I would have fun with this one. Right. Well, this is certainly a big challange for me! What a mess, but I'm going to have some fun with this one! At this point, I got the whole shebang completely disassembled and getting ready to do the nitty-gritty. Apprarently this was left out in the weather too long. Fortunately the trunnion assembly were covered with old grease and oil that kept the rust away. Unfortunately the rail and the fence were damaged during the transporting of it. I found that Bill Richardson had the parts I needed and they are on the way. The wirings were bad and the original switch was broken in the "on" postition. The motor is in good shape, surprisely.
