I bought this printers saw in Pinson,Al from an older man
He had no clue what it was and said he used it from time to time to cut small boards but had t ran it in many years
I Asked where it came from but he just said his brother in law went all over the country and always brought stuff home
That’s all I could get from him because he obviously didn’t care for my conversation
I can’t find any identifying badges other thsn the one on front they says
Super speed 7 saw trimmer Built FOR turner printing machinery mfg
It has parts like c&g machines and parts like Hammond
The top is fixed and the work goes in front of the gauge
It’s missing the fence,gaurd ,and grinding apparatus
This saw is a pleasure to use for making tenons or other small joinery
The mitre gauge fits so perfectly into the slot it is very satisfying to slide back and fourth
I would like to find info on these machines
All I’ve found so far are similarities to other makers and a few eBay and auction sittings of the same saw
It does come on a 3 piece stand
A heavy duty trash bin with cast iron wheels
A middle area that I guess held a drawer a ring that connects the top to the bottom
Original color was baby blue but there wasn’t much left
Anyone wanting more pics or would like me to take pics of certain areas pm me
This saw isn’t going anywhere
Also the blade is 7 inches made by lafeyette saw blade and knife co
The arbor is 7/8 ish
If you look closely you’ll notice my Awesome try at pinstriping ,yes,I know ,I’m that good
