The Turner Type Founders Co. was established to make printing supplies. The name changed to Turner Printing Machinery, Inc. at some point. In 1947 they introduced the Super Speed 7 saw trimmer—a small table saw for trimming metal type. They are now obsolete in the printing trade but can be repurposed as a wood-cutting saw for small-scale precision work.
