left Northfield factory in March of 1977 to a company in Illinois. in 1995 it was owned and sold by a bank in Milwaukee for $2750. after that, unknown until a few years ago when the Gentleman I bought it from (for $1000) had and never used.
It was wired for 460 when I got it. rewired for 230. carter wheels, Wright guides, Rueland 5hp 900 rpm motor. I believe it is all original. fired right up after rewiring for 230.
the great thing about this saw is that the upper wheel housing unbolts from the C frame that allowed me to get it through my 7 ft garage door with little effort thanks to a Bobcat and pallet jack.
