Acquired as a filthy rusty old object on Ebay, it was just round the corner from Me so I took a flyer on it.
It all worked remarkably smoothly even in it's crusty condition. It was stripped,degreased & repainted in a battleship grey by Plastikote which closely matched original paint found behind the pulley cover.
All rusty fasteners were treated with citric acid solution & oil blackened, rusty handles were clear laquered.
It's made a great little drill ,I just need to build a modern starter sw. into the old casing.
