I recently bought this jointer via Ebay from a cabinet shop in Iowa City. When made it was the "light duty" model at about 1100 lbs. Northfield still sells this model today but they call it the "medium duty" model. I guess buyers don't want to spend $10,400 on something called light duty.... It now resides in Northern California.
