Bought it through a local Belgian second hand website. only 10 Miles from my home, payed 134 dollars. Was from seller's Uncle who worked for the European Union and was a wood carpenter on the side/hobby. He acquired it when he died. He never used it. He will contact me later if he has more on offer.
