This machine came out of Ausable Woodworking Co. Frederic, MI., which was in business from 1927 until recently. Originally designed to be run from an overhead line shaft, it was converted to 3 phase electric at some point. Pretty well rusted and covered in sawdust, it was taken out of production and set aside. In my shop I began to clean and oil everything. The first day I was able to get all the shafts rotating smoothly. A few parts seem to be missing but I'm still looking.
