This came with what is likely the original "Ohio" motor with a patent date in 1920. The 3/8" chuck was made by Almond and was patented in 1912. No chuck key, but I was able to modify a standard K3 key to fit by turning down the pilot pin to 1/4".
The belt was stretched and crumbling, so I made a new leather belt. The ball bearings (thrust) in the quill have been replaced with a disk made of some type of plastic. The plastic is riding against the original bearing races, so I may be able to swap it out for balls if I can determine the correct size.
I've called this a No.1 rather than a No.22 because I think the 22 on the column is simply a casting number. There are other similar numbers on the base and the arm that supports the table. The few catalog images I have seen call it a No.1.

The seller said the motor sparked a lot on startup. That was likely due to all the gunk on those brush rings.
