2/15/10 update
Dont know much about the history but I loves them levers. I got this from Jeff (Dirty Dog) Morris after trying for sometime to get this $30 patina exhibit N from LA to Seattle. His pal showed up at the right time so it happened. Jeff is the guy what painted his Band Saw to match his dog - Dirty Dog Yellow. I got this 7/8/05 in Portland thanks to Jeff's pal Kip who brought it up. Pretty interesting machanisms, 5/8 arbor, left tilt! shallow mitre tracks. Romping 1/2 hp motor on it- going for a 2hp 230V single ph I have from a soft serve machine.

Got her derusted and gussied up. Have been working on tilt mechanism which was sacrificed from the original for a piece of angle iron. Good for maintaining 90º. Runs but no tilt yet. That funny looking dusty stuff at various points on the machine is sawdust - the kind that comes from sawing boards.

Any info on R B Rodgers would be helpful
