Comments:

Purchased from Bending Branches, a canoe paddle manufacturer in Wisconsin, late 2015. Northfield Foundry had turned the spindle down to 3/4" diameter at some point in the past. Original motor replaced a few years back with new GE 2 HP, 3 phase unit. Spindle cartridge rebuilt late 2015 by Woodshop Specialties in Rutland VT and fitted with new bearings, grease nipples and 2"drive belt. Placed back into daily service in 2016.
