I came across this on Ebay while searching for handsaw sharpening equipment. It has all of the parts, many of the carrier bars and works like a dream. By following the available instructions, it can punch rip teeth at a 5 degree angle and crosscut teeth at a 15 degree angle
I came across a couple of ads in some 1947 Popular Mechanics magazines with pictures of it in the back classified sections. I've also seen it pictured in some 1930's Foley liteature

12-6 1/2
14-7 1/2
