Based on the dealer badge, this trimmer was originally sold by Force Machinery, of Mountainside, NJ. According to the obituary of G. Dexter Force, Force Machinery was started in a barn behind the family home in Mountainside after WWII, and moved to Union, NJ in the early '50s.

The trimmer came to me without a handle, so I'll need to find something to use as a handle. Other than that it just needs a good cleaning and the blades sharpened.
