I saw this in an old factory in Worcester, MA which is not so far from Everett where the Blount company was based. The shop had lots of lineshafts left on the ceiling and even had sharpening stations that were flat belt run. It was a very interesting shop that, unfortunately was being gutted. I had never seen this version of a Blount grinder so I though I would upload some photos of it.
