Acquired via kijiji.
I thought the bearings were shut as it produces a strange noise whan turned by hand.
A friend suggested it might be the clutch's fault.
More pictures to come when it's opened up.
No capacitor in the base.
No side covers.
One tool rest missing.
Cord is all cracked.
Looks very good other than that.
I received a user manual from SKIL. The manual was printed in 1977.
That is where I got the date from.
In 2017 I found an identical grinder branded Millers Falls. Info on the history page of that company states their grinders were made by Kingston-Conley Electric Co.
I then assume the same for this one.
