bought off ebay in UK, seller did not know the history.
1940s machine in good condition other than table. Retrofit rear belt guard, motor pulley damaged.
English motor.
Faded patent sticker indicates headstock paint is original. Has serial number plate but no dealer's plate. Faint circle on RHS of headcast may be indication of dealer's sticker.

This model is shown in delta 1937 catalogue until the 1943 catalogue, no longer shown in 1944 catalogue.
The short-ish production run may explain why there are many more 14" Dps than 11" - at least in UK ?

Tauco sold scroll saws in UK by 1938 - not clear when they started selling drill presses.
