I bought this drill press from a neighbour for 100$. The only tag that I can found is a nameplate on the belt cover that says " Legere Engineering Supplies Limited, 10 Bayswater Avenue, Ottawa, Canada". No other name on it. But, it look exactly like a Buffalo No. 15.
After some e-mail to Legere, they tells me that this drill press was manufacture by Canadian Blower & Forge Co.

I'm in the process of restoring it. It was in a pretty good shape. I don't already have check the runout, but it seems to be very true.
