I picked this up not so much for the saw but I wanted the Shopmaster stand. I have a model CS-100 already and wanted to make it complete. Once I had it home I started to realize there were some differences in the two. So I have noted those here.
The motor is a AO Smith 1/2hp, 1725rpm, 115/230v.

In looking for this particular stand, with the opening at the bottom, I only found it in the 1950 catalog.

The table, fence, blade guard and fence on the left are pre-1951. Those on the right are 1951/52. After 1952 I can't find any mention of the model CS-100. The table cut outs are different; the guards are different and the mitre locks knobs are different.

Two other difference' are the bottom version had a Mfg decal where the top version has Mfg casting. The later version had the arbor shortened to allow removing the blade without raising the arbor.
