Bought this jointer from a sawmill in Iowa around 2006. It was stored in a barn and both tables were covered in rust. It is missing a couple of parts but otherwise intact. It has the round brass Crescent Machine Co. Leetonia OH on the base front and The Crescent Machine Co letters cast in the base. The blade guard appears to be a homemade sheet metal guard. There is a motor platform under the in-feed table but no signs of a motor ever being mounted to it. The cutter head bearings are babbitt which look to be in great shape and it has a 4 gang V belt pulley on the cutter head shaft. At one time it was owned by Fruehauf Trailer Co.
