Bought from a guy in Plains PA. The only identification that I found is the name on one of the legs " W. D. DAVIS MACHINE CO. He posted it as a wood lathe. I couldn't find much about it online. It has three woden pulleys on the motor. The seller was cleaning an old garage shop as a job. No clue on the origin of it. It was closed and abandoned for the last 40 years, basically no roofing left, all inside was wet, kind of sad to see a placed that probably was a busy place, and now all gone. Most of the tools end up in the junk yard. The guy told me that he trashed about 15 old electric motors, it broken my heart to heard that. I got one that was left behind by mistake, a 3HP 3PH, great shape $20.00.It will work good on my 20 " Roysford DP, now I only need the Handle for the elevation system.
