I bought this from a company in Cleveland, Ohio. It is in very good condition. I washed the machine with detergent and water, dried it and waxed it. It has the original paint, as far as I can tell. This model has the 8 inch idler drum and a 5 HP , 3 phase motor. It does not oscillate. It is a straightforward, heavy-duty machine. It runs smooth. I use it daily.
