Purchased from a used machine dealer in 2010, who found it at an auction.
I suspect that a previous owner used it on a Craftsman/Emerson bench saw, because the motor mount was still attached.
No further history is known.
>>MOTOR<<
Craftsman/Leland Repulsion start Induction run motor.
¾" shaft.
Standard 6204 bearing on shaft end. Replaced original (Fafnir-USA 204KDD C2 double shield).
Special 6202 with 17mm bore (no longer made) on other end. Accurate Bearing was able to provide a NOS Hoover replacement.
Primer is Krylon gray.
Top coat is Rustoleum Smoke Gray.
