I found this pedestal stand at a Royal Oak Michigan estate sale, in March 2013.
It was tucked in the corner of a basement workshop.
It is new old stock and never assembled.
The fasteners are still in the bag and the instruction sheet was rolled and tucked in the tube.
No further history known.

Craftsman/Emerson built, electric grinder pedestal stand.
I plan on using this stand with one of my Packard or Delco built Craftsman electric grinders.

The original fasteners are as follows:
(2) 1/2-13x1" square head bolts (casting attachment)
(2) 5/16-18 x 2½" hex head bolts
(2) 5/16-18 x 2" (all thread) square head bolts
(4) 5/16 SAE washers
(4) 5/16-18 square head nuts
