I found this saw at the Salem, Oregon Habitat for Humanity Re-Store in February 2013. It was Donated by Willamette University & the blade had "Willamette University" engraved on it. Saw was missing the table, table bars & the 4 adjusting bolts and the rear, horizontal adjusting bolts. The motor had no plug and had not been test run. Although the machine had only been on the floor for a few hours, someone had already swiped the nifty cast aluminum carriage clamp lever, leaving the angled nut behind! I'm going to fabricate a replacement. The store accepted my $50 offer. There was a bag of misc. nuts, bolts & parts containing a repaired elevation crank handle and a second homemade crank, plus the optional screw-on Dado adapter collar which extends the arbor and increases the arbor size to 1" from 3/4". I started clean-up, polishing the bare Aluminum and Brass, then began painting it a light grey with some Benjamin Moore Industrial Enamel semi-gloss which I also found at the Re-Store for $5/Gallon. I noticed the factory name plate just above the door is riveted on crooked. It runs downhill to the right at the same angle as the one on my other 40A! Don
