My father-in-law Ron picked this machine up from the scrap yard in the mid 70s.
He restored it himself using a craftsman 109 lathe.
This lathe was used by a local mine from the turn of the century.
The man he would watch and learn from had one just like it that came from a Liberty ship that used a jack shaft for power.
