This image, such as it is, comes from an undated catalog from Foster Manufacturing Co. Despite the name, Foster did not manufacture anything, and we believe that this unusual radial arm saw was manufactured by Flexsaw Co. of Port Austin, Michigan. The Foster catalog copy says that this saw ships from Port Austin, Mich., and the saw is referred to as the "Flexible-Power Saw".
