Purchased from an automotive machine shop in lakeside,CA in 1993. The lathe had many missing parts,but was very cheap! The motor and all of the primary drive pulleys and v-belt and various other parts were scrounged so I could get it running. The lathe was originally sold to the Cincinnati armory in 1942 , how it got to California is anybodies guess
After 10 years of service in my home shop I donated it to the Escondido Historical society Blacksmith shop where it was sold as a fund raiser.
