This is a good machine and I use it a lot, but the return spring on the guard broke and I couldn't find another so the pics will show what I came up with. I have a old Sheldon metal lathe so making the bolt was not a problem. Maybe it will give ideas to other members with the same problem. Added two drawings of the guard in case anyone has to build one.
