I was just handed this machine, it was going to the scrap yard. All i know is it is badged by CF Bulotti Machinery Company of San Francisco, CA. The leg on the tail stock end clearly says BLOUNT and on the body of the tail stock it self says J. G. Blount Everett and that's all I can read of it. The motor is a Craftsman 1/2 HP 1750 RPM/115V/60 cyc/8.2 amp. I plugged it in and it works!! It belonged to a woodworker who just passed away and his wife was throwing it out, so I can't get any other history on it. I'm looking for either a source for a manual or someone in San Francisco CA that I can reach out to. I Think it is a 44"/6" open bed model but I am not sure I measured it right.
