Nice planer offered on ebay with an auction close date of Mar 6, 2004. Seller added the following:

This planer was built by Central Machine Works Co., Minneapolis, MN. It has a self-feeding bed that is 20" x 8". There are 2 knives in the machine and 4 extras included. This planer is from a custom cabinet making business that is closing out.
