Found this Belt/Disk Sander on CL, negotiated a great price. The stand is not original nor is the motor, but the stand is very well made and heavy. The motor is the correct RPM but is a 1 HP motor. Still considering whether to sell it after I have cleaned it up (I don't use the term restore since the stand and motor are non-original).
