This machine belongs to Chris Glover. So far we have been unable to identify the maker. Please let me know if you can identify it!
From Chris: "A few years back I bought all the woodworking equipment in an old man's shop. He was too old to use them anymore. He had purchased it years before from another old man. I got a ... and an old,old electric motor (GE) powered 16" Band Saw. I have all the equiupment working well, but cannot find any markings on the band saw. It needs new guides and a 96" blade(I cannot find a 96" blade for this saw). I think I can get a Carter Products upper guide conversion. The saw has no lower guide."
Band Saw identified in a 1947 Lewis Machine Tool Co. catalog, p. 11
