Got it on Craigslist. No other known history on this machine. Wish I knew the age. The company went out of business in 2002.
This lathe has a massive cast iron head and tail stock which are mounted on a user supplied wooden bed. Lathes similar to this were used by turners in the 19th Century.

The motor is an interesting Leeson 180 volt 1.5 hp Direct Current Permanent Magnet motor.

Comments: The whole thing laid out on the tablesaw, the wooden ways on the left with the motor control way in the back. Headstock, right center, tailstock far right, tool rest front center.
