I refurbed this DoALL 16" ML back to factory fresh condition. It purrs like a kitten and cuts metal like butter. Nice 24" x 24" table which tilts between -10 and +45 degrees. Has a 2-speed transmission with infinately variable speeds from 50 to 1,600 sfpm. The blade welder can handle up to 3/4" blades. The saw also has a power-feed mechanism adjustable up to 80 pounds of pull. I've taken the belt off the air pump for the chip blower as it is a vane pump and adds a lot of un-necessary noise. Since the chip blower is a nice feature, I added a regulator to use compressed air from the shop. I rewired the entire saw as it was 575v 3 phase when I bought it, and it now runs on 220v 1 phase.

Added the Veeder-Root hour meter just for fun to keep track of usage between tranny oil changes. Also added the green pilot light which comes on when the welder is powered up to remind me to shut it off after use.

I replaced the large Git oil cup in the end of the vari-drive pulley shaft with a hose up to the left outside of the frame and added a Trico drip oiler. Real easy to keep oil in there now!

Here's a couple pics of my chip blower that is now plumbed into shop air and controlled with the mini regulator on the back as well as the needle valve up close to the nozzle end.
